Flujo Drive comes equipped with an intelligent file organizer that makes the job of organizing your files a lot easier.
Every time a new team is created, a dedicated folder named after the same team is automatically created on Flujo Drive and access to this folder is controlled in realtime for the members and guests that are later added or removed from that team.
How does the Team Drive work
Team Drives are essentially shared folders, but access to these folders are automatically managed by the Drive. When you add a new member to the team, access to the corresponding folder is automatically granted to the new member, and the same is revoked when then the member is removed from that team or if their account is deactivated by the admins.
Shared folders for individual chats
Flujo Drive manages the files exchanged in individual chats in the same manner as that of teams. A dedicated folder in the name of the person is automatically created on the Drive when you share or receive a file from someone for the first time.
All the files you exchange during your chats are automatically stored in the said folder. These folders can be accessed from the Messenger Files section on your Drive.
