Roles represent a collection of users that are assigned permissions by an Owner or Admin to perform similar actions or functions. Instead of assigning individual permissions directly to each user, permissions are grouped into roles in Flujo.
Managing user roles
When you are an Owner or an Admin of a workspace, you can assign roles equal or lesser than yours to any other user in the workspace. Here is how can you can do that:
1. Click on the Workspace Settings from the settings menu.
2. Under the User Management tab, Choose the appropriate Role for a user from the options and click on Save to finish.
Here is how you can control the permissions each Role is entitled to on Flujo.
1. Navigate to the Roles & Preferences tab under the Workspace settings.
2. Select the preferred options from the available list of permissions to finish.
