What is a workspace?
A workspace on Flujo essentially represents your entire organization. Workspace is where all your individual team members and guests communicate and collaborate.
Flujo workspaces are tagged to the domain of your business email address, hence each organization on Flujo will have a unique workspace and anyone who signs up using an email address with your organization's domain (such as abc@yourbusiness.com) will be automatically added to your workspace.
By default, a Flujo workspace consists of 4 types of user groups.
- Owners - Users who can access the settings, configurations, permissions for an entire workspace
- Admins - Users who can control the settings, configurations, and permissions of members and teams
- Members - Can create and manage teams
- Guests - Users outside your organization who have been invited to a team within your workspace. Guests, by default, can only communicate within the teams that they have been invited to.
Managing your Workspace
The first workspace created with Flujo using an email address with your organization's domain is designated as the Workspace Owner for your organization, by default. A workspace owner can then designate any number of additional owners or pass-on the ownership to someone else within the organization.
Administration Settings
As a workspace owner, you will have access to enterprise-level settings like access, security, storage, payments & billing policies, etc. You will be able to access all these features form the ⚙︎ Settings > Administration options.
